An initiative towards Women's Independence, Entrepreneurship and Empowerment by providing Vocational Training opportunities to all JAIN Ladies and Girls, at subsidized rates with Quality Training and Faculty, to make them Self-Sufficient for a passionate Career or for Personal implementation. We believe that, if given the right Training and a Justifiable Platform, even our Homemakers can become successful entrepreneurs and support family earnings or succeed in their passion towards excellence.
SWADHEEN - Being Self Sufficient, was initiated in March 2015, with the objective to train our society's female fraternity in all the Vocational Opportunities possible, to make them self-efficient & self-qualified to become a Professional at times of Need or in determination to Self-Excell. Overall, they are trained to be self-sufficient and master the challenges of Life and Ambition.
Pre-COVID, in just 4 Years of our efforts, we proudly declare that, more than 7800 Girls & Ladies have successfully mastered various forms of Vocational Training under 25 different skills at classes conducted in 42 different areas, across Chennai and pan INDIA.
